This morning around 7am, Zusella (our Leffert mare) gave birth to a nice, big, healthy, beautiful filly!
This is a Goffert filly (Iron Spring Farm).
Of course she had to come brighten up our very cold and rainy day!
She's already displaying her mother's crazy antics by the nursing upside-down thing. She was trying to buck before she could even walk! Silly .
8/12/06 update...
Talia is growing into quite a lovely little lady. she is very friendly and easy to handle. She has nice lines and conformation. Talia would make an excellent dressage prospect.
